BEST was founded in 2004 in the city of Bothell, Washington (on the NE shore of Lake Washington, 15 miles N of Seattle)

BEST was incorporated in 2012 as a minority, woman-owned company.

BEST is a small company (S-corp) currently staffed with one chief engineer/researcher and one administrative staff.

BEST is dedicated to the furtherment of engineering and science as applied to advanced materials, standardization, statistical/probabilistic techniques and professional education
